*Returns and Refunds Policy*
At AB Enterprises, we take great care to deliver high-quality, made-to-order products. As all items are custom-made, we are unable to offer returns or issue credit notes.
*Size Exchanges:*
We understand that choosing the right size can sometimes be challenging. If you receive a product and find that the size is not suitable, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will either alter the item or exchange it for the correct size, depending on what is most appropriate. Please note that this is the only acceptable form of exchange.
*Returns and Refunds:*
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. We encourage you to double-check sizing before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
*Damaged or Defective Products:*
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Any issues reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for exchange, unless covered by the product warranty.
*Important Notes:*
- All products are made to order, so we cannot accept returns or offer credit notes.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and unused if an exchange is requested.
- We do not take title to any returned items until they are received by AB Enterprises.
