Exchange & Return: If you require a different size, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll be happy to assist with a size exchange or alteration (free of cost for the first round). You can also get in touch with us with your custom measurements on the below mentioned number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. If the issue is found to be on our end and a replacement isn't possible, we'll issue store credit, valid for 90 days, which can be redeemed on any purchase. Any remaining balance will stay available until expiry, while any additional amount can simply be paid at checkout.
